Adding Level Based Foraging to BenchMARL.

Hello,

Firstly, BenchMARL has been very helpful for me. I sincerely thank everyone involved for their efforts.

Can we look to add Level Based Foraging (LBF) to BenchMARL? I have been using LBF for a while, and it is very well supported by epymarl. Benchmarking has also been done on LBF in this paper.

Please let me know if this could be helpful.

Yeah, I agree it would be a great addition. It might be worth adding it to torchrl first if it is not Pettingzoo-like.

In the near future, I don't think I will have any bandwidth to work on new features, but I would be able to review any PRs on this.
