Does Gloo currently support multiple network NICs?

Suppose I have 3 machines and each machine has 8 network NICs. Does Gloo for collective communication use all the network NICs in one process(use IB not tcp)? (For example, NCCL will detect all the network NICs in the current environment during initialization, and will use all the network NICs when the bandwidth permits) @sofong5 @osalpekar @pietern Any advices will help me.
