CI checks failing

Hey, I've noticed that PRs (including mine #95) have been accepted despite CI checks failing. We know it has nothing to do with people's patches, it's just some problem with the master and/or CI config, I want to raise an issue for this to be fixed.

Such sloppiness becomes visually obvious and invites more sloppiness as per broken windows theory, so I think we should try to fix it soon.

It also adds to the good-feel factors, when your checks pass

This is still an issue on newly accepted PRs, which fail with the same leinigen error message.

Any idea why?
