Support burst bandwith and duplication settings in the API?

Would it be possible to support burst bandwith and duplication settings in the ATC RESTful API?

AIUI implementation for burst shouldn't be too much of a deviation from the 'rate' field and duplication shouldn't be too different from corruption or reordering.
