Allow manual selection of terminal foreground and background

Open Evpok opened this issue 7 years ago • 2 comments

I usually use a light theme, but for compatibility reasons, I like to keep a black-on-white terminal. As of now, terminal fore- and background are inferred from the parent's theme. It would be nice to have an option to override that and set those colours manually.

The terminal pulls the colors by inspecting the '.terminal-pane' element.

So you can still configure the colors by manually specifying the 'background-color' of the '.terminal-pane' element in a custom stylesheet (~/.atom/styles.less)

It does work, (and thank you for the tip!), but it would still be nice to be able to configure directly, especially since the other colours are configurable.
