Wrap full text in the datatip

Description

I find it quite inconvenient for the symbols with a long type/signature, that I need to scroll the datatip to see the end of the line and it often gets cut off, so I have to resort to go-to-definition to see the full type.

Expected Behavior

Here's how it looks in VS Code:

Actual Behavior

While in Atom IDE it's all in one line which needs to be scrolled to be discovered completely:

Moreover, even if I scroll it, I still cannot see the complete type, because it gets truncated:

Also please check out how atom-ternjs does it. Their datatip is very nice.
