Consider new release, with #4019 applied

Hi,

Due to the issue fixed in #4019 cmake builds for windows+msvc currently fail for zstd 1.5.6 (the currently newest release). It'd be nice to be able to build the latest zstd without patching it. Any chance for a new release soon-ish?
