Animation getting stuck in recyclerview while scrolling.

Going to need a lot more information here to begin understanding what the issue might be.

shimmerFrame layout is added in the recylerview row , and every view start animation on one condition. While scrolling the recylerview animtaion stops !! and suddenly starts.
