Config option `pr.branch-name-template` no longer works

I see that this support was added in this diff: https://github.com/facebook/sapling/pull/772 but removed between then and now.

Custom branch prefixes would be helpful for larger repo organization.

$ sl --version
Sapling 0.2.20241203-120811-a2174689

It doesn't look like it was removed. Can you give the config and command you are using?
