Recent change in rest-api broke pwneptune build

meta-pwneptune defines a bitbake append file that is not compatible with recent changes in the rest-api recipe (meta-portwell/meta-pwneptune/recipes-neptune/rest-api/rest-api_0.2.bbappend)
