The MaxLengthPlugin does not highlight extra characters properly in rich text editor with multiple paragraphs.

Lexical version: 0.16.0

Steps To Reproduce

1. In the Playground, select Rich Text, and Char Limit
2. Press Enter a couple times
3. Write some text

The current behavior

The extra characters highlighted in red do not correspond to the remaining char count.

The expected behavior

Should work the same for the RichTextPlugin as for the PlainTextPlugin.

I've found this comment:

we're planning to release a brand new version of the CharacterLimitPlugin in the upcoming weeks.

But still waiting the new version of it...
