Plugin doesn't work until a restart

  1. Install plugin
  2. Try to run plugin via keyboard shortcut. Fails.
  3. Enable plugin in ktfmt settings
  4. Try to run plugin via keyboard shortcut. Fails.
  5. Restart. Try to run plugin via keyboard shortcut. Success!

Can the plugin indicate to the IDE/user that it needs a restart before it can be used?
