Docs are not updated

It seems like docs hasn't been updated for almost 2 years. Unless there's an afterwork required after running docs script this should be trivial. (If this is the case, I'm willing to file a PR.)

I remember there was documentation available online, but unfortunately, I can't recall exactly where it was.

Load them locally I think (they're just basic HTML pages), although I've been thinking we should probably create a site for jscodeshift
