Release 2.4.0 changelog
Description
Hi, I've noticed that the version 2.4.0 doesn't have any changelog here. It's in another place? I've searched but I couldn't find it.
Reproduction
Open https://github.com/facebook/fresco/releases and check that only 2.4.0 doesn't talk about the changes.

2.4.0 ~ 3.0.0 still no changelog.
You update the Major version number changed, but there still no changelog. That quite weird...🤔
