Bouncing on dock and not opening or crashing

I can't open the app. it's been bouncing even after several hours and reboots.

Environment

This is version v0.204.0 and i'm on macOS v13.4.1 I've tried older flipper versions since this only started happening recently. I've also fully removed flipper from my system and reinstalled it without luck
