Flipper uses `int numClasses = objc_getClassList(NULL, 0);` which causes SIGABRT in iOS 13

OneSignal has rewritten to remove the usage of this function for compatibility. Flipper should too. https://github.com/OneSignal/OneSignal-iOS-SDK/issues/1042
