FR support for decimal spelled out

In EN and ES it appears there is support for decimal points "spelled out", i.e.:

one point four -> 1.4 uno punto cuatro -> 1.4

It does not appear that FR supports the same behavior, for instance, un virgule quatre will find the 1 and the 4 separately but the virgule (,) will not identify it as a float. Is there something I'm missing? I am not a native French speaker, so perhaps this is supported but using a different word?
