Handle intervals like "for two hours"

I want to manage time interval like From 2PM for 2 hours but Duckling does not return to me the expected time interval (From 2PM to 4PM). It returns, instead, Tuesday, 8 January 2019 at 11:40:00 -0800 (-08:00) :minute. Is there a way to handle this kind of intervals?

Isn't this working as expected (returns an interval) in master? If so, should you close the issue @chessai?
