fix: replace deprecated fs.F_OK with fs.constants.F_OK [DEP0149]
Summary
This PR replaces usage of the deprecated fs.F_OK constant with fs.constants.F_OK in packages/react-dev-utils/checkRequiredFiles.js.
This resolves the Node.js DeprecationWarning:
Why
fs.F_OKis deprecated in Node.js and may be removed in future versions.- Using
fs.constants.F_OKis the recommended approach. - Prevents deprecation warnings during build and runtime.
