Use aliases where sensible

Some chisel commands can be implemented using command alias. I think it would be good to add support for bundling aliases with chisel, and loading those aliases along with the python commands. It should be straight forward to call command source <file>. The benefit is that it makes it clear which commands have simpler semantics, and hopefully would be easy to contribute to compared to a python command.
