buildings dataset for Russia

Hello. We (Geoalert.io) are creating buildings dataset based on automatic buildings detection across Russia. Now it contains more features than pure OSM. We would like to propose this dataset (or the difference with OSM) to be implemented into RapID to share with community. What shell we do?
