Request to lift editing restrictions for Ukraine in Rapid

I'm writing to respectfully request the removal of the editing restriction for Ukraine in Rapid and MapWithAI.

The initial restriction was applied in 2022 following the start of the full-scale war, based on a request from the OSM Ukrainian community. However, the situation has evolved since then. The Ukrainian OSM community is now actively maintaining the map and monitoring all edits in the region, especially in conflict-affected areas. The community has clearly expressed its willingness to re-enable editing in Ukraine and has the capacity to ensure that sensitive data and borders are not misused or altered inappropriately.

Lifting this restriction would allow contributors to use powerful tools like Rapid to improve data quality, especially in areas critical for humanitarian mapping and infrastructure recovery.

We kindly ask you to consider updating the restriction status and re-enabling editing capabilities for Ukraine in Rapid.
