KartaView photo overlay does not load
Description
Tried to load in KartaView street overlay in Google Chrome. No indications that it was loaded in or displaying when turned on and dates chosen in a period of 6 months

- go to map data
- turn on kartaview
- close and reopen panel to select dates
- wait for something to load, nothing ever loads

I have thought this often as well. Rapid could do a better job indicating that data is loading or that no data is available. There are times when I have assumed there was no street-level imagery available only for it to appear 30 seconds later.
