Non existent shared value based on order of selection + suggestion to delete instead of add
Description
I have a highway=crossing node and a footway=crossing way with different tags. If I select first the way, and then the node while holding shift, the editors shows that the crossing:island,crossing_ref and tactile_paving tags are in common (not true), if I select first the node and then the way while holding shift, the editor shows that the footway=crossing and lit=yes are in common (not true).
On the same elements, the editor suggest me to delete two tags from the node, instead of adding them to the way. Practically the editors is suggesting to delete correct tags instead of improving the way tags. I don't think is correct.
