<way> has no role within <relation>

Description

The warning that I get when I add a member to a multipolygon relation says :

Scrub has no role within farmland
- Set as Inner
- Set as outer
- remove from relation
- ignore this warning

None of the options seem to work other than the "ignore this warning"

Add a way to a relation and observe the warning that asks to set the role. Then try clicking on any of the options in the warning.
