Suggestion PHP: Order by use

It should order the items that are most relevant to the top. The ones that are most relevant are called with the 'use' statement.

Right now I get classes at the top that have nothing to do with what i'm currently working on.

That 's a good idea. But it's not easy to implement. I will try.
