I added a rust.lua file for highlighting for rust syntax, it is done in same way as py.lua and js.lua

You need to do it in a same style (rename rust.lua to rs.lua (because GriddyCode works with file extensions)

only @face-hh can merge your request. He is sometimes busy so he will take a look at PR soon. I can't influence it.
