Add ability to change disk (#20)

To change disk, press Ctrl+Alt+disk_name (i.e Ctrl+Alt+D). It checks to see if there is a disk with that name..

how do you change to one of these disks? They don't have a letter. (I use arch, btw)

We will improve this feature in next updates. Now the implementation is the simplest
