Slight misalignment of box drawing at sizes under 18pt on Windows console

Hello,

I'm stacking U+2555 on top of U+2502 and it looks good at ≥18pt but a little off on smaller sizes. Is this something that can be fixed in the font... or are Windows users just stuck 🙂

18pt looks good: image

Hi! It’s very strange because after checking again all is right both the paths and TrueType hinting instructions. Probably the issue is in some other glyph. I'll investigate 🔎 Thanks!

It's not only box drawing symbols problem. Screenshots from PyCharm 2016.3 on Windows 10.

Size 15 - bad: 2016-12-04 00_48_08-settings

Size 14 - good: 2016-12-04 01_01_20-settings

Size 13 - bad: 2016-12-04 01_02_31-settings

Size 16 - bad: 2016-12-04 01_10_44-settings
