Discretionary Hebrew Ligature

There is a discretionary ligature in Hebrew that isn't present in PragmataPro. It's U+FB4F (Hebrew Ligature Alef Lamed) which is formed by אל (U+05D0 followed by U+05DC)

It's at the very bottom of the Unicode Alphabetic Presentation Forms chart [PDF]

Currently, the presentation forms present in PragmataPro start at U+FB00 and end at U+FB45.

Can it be added?
