Added env vars for poll interval (default=1s) and logging verbosity

The docker image that includes the utility (https://hub.docker.com/r/fabric8/fabric8-dependency-wait-service) has been updated and the tag updated (v6632df1) in pom.xml.

@sathishvj I wonder if you could try create a fresh branch from master and cherry pick the changes you want (maybe squashing too) into the new branch and submitting a PR from there - its kinda hard to see what changed with 5 commits with lots of merges etc
