Release 2.2.82 has a problem with domains for routes

About half the routes generated by installing cd-pipeline on a manually created server instance are incorrectly set as .vagrant.f8 addresses. I don't think this can be due to user error in the app config,since for example jenkins-agent has the right domain, but jenkins has the wrong one.
