Release 2.2.82 not deploying due to missing dependencies

When trying to deploy the Management and CD-Pipeline Apps, I get the following errors trying to pull Docker images:

image fabric8/cd-pipeline:2.2.82 not found

Tag 4.3.0 not found in repository docker.io/fabric8/kibana4

Not sure where this fabric8/cd-pipeline:2.2.82 image is coming from yet but it's not needed. cd-pipeline is the template and not the image name so you can just delete the cd-pipeline RC, everything else should still work with the cd-pipeline template.

@jimmidyson you want a new release for the kibana fix?

Project Wizard seems to be failing when you try to create a project. It gets as far as the page where you specify the docker image to use, then silently fails. Fabric8-forge log shows:
