"Next Steps" for a Booster in Launcher UI

For situations where the user needs to perform some actions before being able to access the Booster webpage, it would be nice if a Booster could define some "Next Steps" that can be loaded into the Launcher UI for display to the user.

Would need to be done in a way that they don't just ignore the steps
