[Bug] Timber does not always read artist in OGG file

I have an album in OGG format. While the metadata contains the artist's name, Timber lists it as "unknown." Device: OnePlus 6 Android: LineageOS, Android 9 Timber Version: 1.6

Sorry, but I'm not going to fix bugs left by the original developer. If you can find a solution, I'll gladly accept a pull requests, though.
