[Python] fixes for extreme math values

Fixes and test for math extreme values. You probably want to copy the test to other languages @alfonsogarciacaro @ncave and make necessary fixes (if any).

PS: I btw made an ImportedValue similar to LibValue in Replacements.Utils.fs. Hope that's ok!?
