[flatpak] Dark mode failing to fully apply

Hello. Dark mode is failing to fully apply

Steps to reproduce

  1. Execute flatpak run com.github.fabiocolacio.marker
  2. In menu click the "hamburger"-icon ==> Preferences ==> Windows-tab ==> option Enable dark mode selected
