Spell Check Stopping to work

Hi,

I opened a big markdown file that as generated by exporting a jupyter notebook to markdown. The file has a lot of code cells. The problem is that the spell check works on about the first 40 lines. After that, it will not mark wrong words that are already on the document. But if I insert a new wrong work it works correctly on this word.
