Auto-save and backup option

I think an auto save option (with timer configuration) and a backup option would be nice

Backup isn't such an issue since we can just use some 3rd party tool to copy the files (I use syncthing to get my notes on any devices I want for example), but I frequently power off my laptop having not yet saved the file and so lose my work. An autosave option would make this the perfect note taking app for me.
