Similar to our conda-feedstock, we now get a linker error [on Windows with clang-cl](https://github.com/stack-of-tasks/pinocchio/actions/runs/10617261815/job/29429632310?pr=2400#step:6:2838). Not setting the CMP0167 policy, e.g. removing this [commit](https://github.com/stack-of-tasks/pinocchio/commit/56b51f57dfe16f423dc0f126aa3818e2304d637d), results in a lot of warning but...
