Add Google Compute Engine?

The problem I find with providers like AWS is that the billing is per hour, while with Google, they charge you for the first 10 minutes (with 1-minute increments). So take their lowest $0.0035 machine (with preemptive pricing, which is deal for proxies), that's $0.00035 per spinned up machine. Theoretically, this means you could run 1000 instances for 10 minutes for just $0.35!

Is this sort of thing possible?

I agree. Thing is, I know absolutely nothing about devops, I'm a programmer (a Ruby one). So if anyone wants to make a PR for this, it would be cool :)
