Project maintainability

Hello,

I was wondering if this project is still maintained. If not, could you give me some directions towards any relatively similar ongoing project?

9 months late but I've created a new project called cloudproxy - https://github.com/claffin/cloudproxy.

It is similar to scrapoxy and I started it for the very reason that this project seems abandoned.
