Adjust scraproxy sleep time for ip rotation

Hello, Is it possible to manually adjust the sleeping time for IP rotation? I noticed that usually it varies from 100 to 300 seconds when the blacklisted request is handled. But it seems it is not enough, as the web server still blocks the queries.

I think it would be nice to increase this number to 10x, which can affect the speed but postpone the blocking
