bad animation on google chrome (Ubuntu only?)

The animation is screwey for logs - only logs. The problem is they appear instantly (no animation), and when the hiding animation starts, the color abruptly changes to an almost transparent hue, before moving to the right. It looks really bad.

I'm thinking this is a chrome bug, because I started experiencing it somewhere after installing v35. Tests on FF and Opera prove fine. I'm also using Ubuntu 14.04 so maybe that's related.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I am also seeing this issue in Chrome 35 running on Linux Mint 14 (based on Ubuntu 12.10).

Hey I'm having the same issue. I am running Chrome on Ubuntu 12.04.

Works beautifully on Firefox, though.
