Configure notifications based on percent rather than time or z layer

Hello. First of all, great work with this plugin and thank you very much for it. I want, however, to request a new feature regarding notifications settings. Z change notifications can be a bit annoying if configured for too short times, but if you made it too big you may miss certain flat or small parts completely. I think that having the option to configure notifications where certain percents are reached (25%,50%, 95%...) will be also cool, or maybe every X%.
