Additional gamepad features

Work in progress. Fixes https://github.com/fabiangreffrath/woof/issues/1771

Changes:

• Added gamepad flick stick support
• Improvements to extra turn/look sensitivity
• Simplified gamepad menu
• Renamed gamepad settings
• New gamepad default settings to match most source ports
• Lots of cosmetic changes

To do:

• Gamepad gyro support
• Gamepad touchpad support?
