Background tiles resolution doesn't match other 2D graphics

One of the weird things that always seemed a little out of place in Crispy is that when playing at high resolution, stuff like Status bar sides, the crispy menu background, and Heretic's intermission screen is displayed at 400p while everything else is still displayed at 200p. Could we perhaps see this cleaned up to look a bit more like how Woof does it?
