Feature request : add tools:locale to generated strings file (Android)

Hello,

It would be very nice to have the tools:locale in the generated strings file on Android.

The expected format is : <resources xmlns:tools="http://schemas.android.com/tools" tools:locale="fr">

The tools:locale value is the language identifier.
