Upgrade to Gatsby 5?

I'm using it for two of my personal websites:

  • https://github.com/whyboris/yboris.com --> https://yboris.com/
  • https://github.com/whyboris/yboris.dev --> http://yboris.dev/

I upgraded to Gatsby 5 and everything still works 🚀

Would you be interested in a PR that upgrades your repository to Gatsby 5 as well?
