docs not latest after the generate.py

I found the x added new required feature on graph request UserByScreenName named responsive_web_grok_bio_auto_translation_is_enabled

I created a fork to run a action myself to update docs/API.json file but after it finished the new required feature is still missing on file. You can run you actions workflow and check with request on x api.
